All engagements begin with an initial fact-finding meeting where we collect detailed information about the client, the idea/business, and the issue(s) being faced.
After the initial meeting we do a deep-dive into the business/idea, the issues being faced, and the industry in which the client is operating.
Following the analysis, we compile all of the information and internally discuss various strategies and options that the client can choose from.
Once the available options have been discussed, we formulate the best options into a written format (deliverable) to be presented to the client.
5. DELIVERY & REVIEW
The final deliverable is submitted to the client and jointly reviewed with us to fully explain the path to the end-options. Following the review, we allow for a period of revision to adjust the desired options to fit the best needs (and vision) of our client.
